Takamine Test Site

Guitarist Mark Blasquez uses a guitar from Takamine's popular and affordable G Series for this demo of the GY51E BSB (also available in a Natural finish with the GY51E NAT). This New Yorker-sized guitar has a great retro vibe with its cool old-school slot headstock and brown sunburst finish.  The solid spruce top and black walnut back and sides give this guitar a clear tone with sweet midrange and enhanced fundamental tones. This guitar will record beautifully, and will also go to the stage effortlessly thanks to Takamine's renowned TP-4TD electronics. Filmed at Valley Relics Museum (Van Nuys, CA).
