    The H8SS Hirade concert classic is handcrafted in our pro series facility that has been building precision quality instruments over five decades. A sterling example of the luthier's art, these classical guitars that bear the name of Master Luthier Mass Hirade are still built by hand in our Takamine pro facility in Japan. This guitar features a solid spruce top for powerful lows, shimmering mids and a clear high end. The solid rosewood back and sides enhance the projection and add to the overall beauty of the guitar.     I bought this guitar abut a year ago. I love it!!! I have had so many compliments on it's sound. I have played far more expensive guitars, even bought a few and returned them all. The H8SS has such a warm beautiful tone and sustain that seems to go on forever. I no longer play my other classical guitar unless I can't mic it and need to plug in.
